Dans Plasma Defender was made by one of the writers on this website, Dan Couture ( aka justthathacker on the nexus). The mod is good for a rookie mod creator. All it really is, is a very overpowered plasma defender that can be found in the Mormon Fort in Freeside, it is on the second floor of the tower. You can find this mod on the fallout nexus.
