How To Make Money On Steam

If you're a hardcore computer gamer you most likely have steam. You also probably know that steam contains a community market where people can buy and sell items for the games Team Fortress 2, Dota 2 and Counter Strike Global Offensive. You can also buy and sell steam trading cards which can be obtained by just playing games. Be aware not all games have trading cards to check go to the steam market, select a game, scroll down to where it says single player, multiplayer things like that. There should be an icon labeled steam trading cards and if there is not an icon that most likely means there are no trading cards for it. To make money easily off of Team Fortress 2 search idle in the servers box select an idle server, join it then minimize it and you can use the internet and play games while that gets you money. Not all items you get will be marketable so don't always keep your hopes up for something good. Also remember that if you constantly idle for weeks you won't be as lucky because Team Fortress 2 resets the amount of stuff you can get every Thursday. So if you idle after Thursday you will get alot stuff, later on Monday you won't. To get items and money off of Dota 2 you must complete multiplayer matches unlike Team Fortress. You won't always get stuff every multiplayer match so don't get your hopes up. Also I find Dota 2 matches super boring because they can last up to an hour. In Counter Strike GO you can get weapons and those you can sell on the market. I'm not exactly sure how to get them because I do not have Counter Strike GO but I'm sure its not as difficult as Dota 2.

If you want to make the most money I recommend downloading Team Fortress 2 because its free. I also recommend getting Counter Strike GO as well because you will probably make alot out of it and it is fun. You can download Dota if you want to, but remember you won't make much money off of it and its really boring. When you buy a game with the money you make buy one with trading cards so at least you make a profit out of it.
